Ingredients

* 1 cup rice
* 1/2 packet green peas (frozen)
* 2 level tablespoons butter
* 6 green onions
* 1 1/2 cups boiling water
* salt and pepper 

Directions

Melt butter in a small pot and add finely cut green onions for five minutes then add rice, salt and pepper and the frozen peas and boiling water and cover. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes then on very low heat for another 10 minutes. Place two-fold paper towel between pot and lid and let it rest for 20 minutes before serving. Spoon the cooked rice mixture very gently into a serving dish so as not to have the peas smashed.
(Chick peas instead of green peas may also be used-makes a nice variety)

* 1 su bardağı pirinç
* 1 / 2 paket bezelye (dondurulmuş)
* 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı
* 6 yeşil soğan
* 1 1 / 2 su bardağı kaynar su
* Tuz ve biber 

Yol

Küçük bir tencerede tereyağı eritilir ve beş dakika sonra pirinç, tuz ve biber ve dondurulmuş bezelye ve kaynar su ve kapak eklemek için ince ince kesilmiş taze soğan ekleyin. 10 dakika çok kısık ateşte 10 dakika orta ateşte pişirin. Kapak altına kagıt havlu koyup 20 dakika dinlendirin.

 SÜTLAÇ

INGREDIENTS:

4 water glass milk 
3.5 kaffee cup suger 
4 kaffee cup sübye 
1 kaffee cup rice 
Half teaspon salt 

PREPERATION:

Cook the rice in abundant water and then filter it. Boil the milk in another pot and add the rice and the suger to mil. Add the sübye and take it from the oven after it boils.

Pour the blend into small bowls. Pour some water into the oven tray and put the bowls into the tray. Cook it in 250 grad oven for 35-40 minutes. After its cooked take it from the oven and put it into the refrigerator.
